Tickets & Discounts

Looking to travel between the countries of Luxembourg, Germany or France? Well you can now with the “Saar-Lor-Lux-Ticket” which can be delivered on request. Either for individual travellers, or for mini-groups from 2 to 5 people (adult or children). The transport documents “Saar-Lor-Lux-Ticket” are valid either Saturdays or Sunday and from 0:00 until 3:00 of the following day, i.e. or of Saturday, 0:00 until Sunday 3 h00, or of Sunday, 0:00 until Monday 3 h00. During its period of validity, the “Saar-Lor-Lux-Ticket” gives right an unlimited number of voyages. Travel is restricted to second class.
Student – You can avail of a Flexi Junior, in Luxembourg, to the free movement throughout the territory of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg (AVL, CFL, and RGTR CTBT) in 2nd class in Lorraine, of free movement in all trains and buses and TER Métrolor (on the path defined on the certificate)
Senior – If you are aged 60 or over you can avail of a 50% discount on the four travel networks.
Children under 6 travel for free.

The small print 

Direct high-speed trains link Paris with Luxembourg in 2h15. You can book these trains online at either www.raileurope.co.uk (for UK residents) or the French Railways website www.tgv-europe.com (for residents of any country, tickets sent to any address worldwide except the USA or can be collected at the station, but see this advice before using it). There are regular trains from the Netherlands to Luxembourg. No advance reservation is necessary, just buy a ticket at the station and hop on the next train.
